HSS Sludge Concentration Analyzer
The transmittance of incident light is inversely proportional to the sludge concentration in the water sample. The HSS Suspended Solids sensor emits an infrared beam into the sample; sludge particles absorb, reflect, and scatter the light, leaving only a portion transmitted through. This transmitted light is detected by an internal sensor to calculate the corresponding sludge concentration. Tengine’s patented multi-beam auto-compensation technology eliminates the influence of window fouling, temperature fluctuations, and component aging, ensuring stable and accurate measurements.
