FCL Free Chlorine/Chlorine Dioxide Analyzer

Operating Principle

The FCL Analyzer is designed for continuous measurement of free chlorine, chlorine dioxide, and optionally ozone, along with pH and temperature. The sensor employs a patented three-electrode system (Patent No.: ZL202122714794.6), integrated into a stainless-steel panel for simplified installation. It features built-in flow regulation, stable flow control, manual sampling, and rotor-based automatic cleaning, making it ideal for field deployment in complex environments.
The electrode is membrane-free and does not require electrolyte, using a high-purity platinum sensor with self-cleaning capabilities for low maintenance and long-term stability.

  • ​​​​​​FCL余氯分析仪是一款高智能化的在线连续监测仪表,由传感器与变送器两部分组成。余氯传感器采用集成面板安装方式,在不锈钢面板上集成了余氯电极、PH电极、温度传感器及转子流量计,现场安装简单方便;通过传感器面板上的转子流量计可以快速调节通过流通池的流量,现场使用便捷;余氯电极采用微电子电极,无需更换电解液,现场维护工作简单,维护周期长;FCL余氯分析仪具备温度补偿和PH补偿功能,余氯测量精度高,可满足电力、自来水等行业水质余氯的连续监测需求。

    • High reliability: The three-electrode system enables accurate measurement even in challenging conditions such as zero chlorine or water supply interruption.
    • High accuracy: Integrated pH and temperature compensation ensures precise chlorine measurements.
    • Low flow operation: Active stirring technology allows stable measurements at flow rates as low as 0.1 L/min, with a daily water consumption of only 0.15 tons, reducing water waste.
    • Self-cleaning electrode: Prevents fouling by sediment or colloids, significantly extending maintenance intervals.
    • Reagent-free design: No reagents required except for the pH electrode, resulting in low operational costs.
