Operating Principle

The DPD Residual/Total Chlorine Analyzer utilizes the N,N-diethyl-p-phenylenediamine (DPD) colorimetric method, in full compliance with national standard methods. The analyzer reacts DPD with free chlorine in water to form a red-colored compound. The intensity of the color is proportional to the chlorine concentration and is measured photometrically. The built-in calibration curve is used to calculate the concentration of residual or total chlorine.

  • DPD余氯/总氯分析仪的余氯测量方法采用国家标准方法DPD分光光度法。其余氯测量原理为DPD试剂与水中游离氯迅速反应生成红色化合物,通过测量红色化合物对特定波长的吸光度,并依据仪器内部校准曲线即可计算出余氯浓度值。DPD余氯/总氯分析仪采用了大光程设计,能实现更低的检测下限;分析仪具备缺试剂、缺水等故障诊断功能,确保测量数据的有效性。余氯测量方法采用国家标准方法DPD 分光光度法。
    DPD 与水中游离氯迅速反应生成红色化合物,通过测量化合物对特定波长的吸光度,并依据仪器内部校准曲线即可计算出余氯浓度值。
