USL Ultrasonic Sludge Level Analyzer

The USL Ultrasonic Sludge Interface Meter is specifically designed for continuous online monitoring of sludge interfaces in wastewater treatment processes. Based on the principle of ultrasonic echo detection, the instrument emits ultrasonic waves toward the bottom of the water and receives reflected signals to detect sludge thickness in real time. During propagation, the ultrasonic waves encounter sludge layers of different densities, reflecting signals of varying intensities. By analyzing the strength and timing of these reflected signals, the instrument accurately calculates the depth or thickness of the sludge interface. This provides reliable data support for process control, such as sludge discharge and chemical dosing, optimizing the treatment process.
