pH Analyzer

Operating Principle

The pH analyzer operates using a glass electrode immersed in solution. Due to the difference in hydrogen ion concentrations inside and outside the electrode, an ultra-thin hydrated layer forms on both surfaces of the glass bulb. The activity difference of hydrogen ions on these two layers generates a potential difference across the electrode, which correlates with the pH value of the solution.
