LDO Luminescent Dissolved Oxygen Analyzer
The LDO Luminescent Dissolved Oxygen Analyzer operates based on the principle of fluorescence quenching. As shown in the figure: blue light excites a fluorescent substance to emit red light. Oxygen molecules absorb energy from this process (quenching), causing the intensity and duration of red light emission to inversely correlate with the oxygen concentration. By measuring the phase difference between the emitted fluorescence and the reference light, and comparing it with internal calibration data, the dissolved oxygen concentration can be accurately calculated.
