DNO Nitrate Nitrogen Analyzer (ISE Method)
The DNO nitrate nitrogen analyzer utilizes an ion-selective electrode (ISE) equipped with a selective membrane that allows specific ions to pass through. Combined with an internal electrolyte solution, the electrode forms a composite electrochemical cell that generates a potential corresponding to the target ion concentration. When used with a reference electrode, the system measures the millivolt (mV) signal, which is converted to ion concentration via an internal calculation algorithm.
