IDR Integrated Digital ORP Sensor

Operating Principle

The IDR Integrated Digital ORP Sensor uses a platinum electrode as the indicating electrode and a saturated calomel electrode as the reference. Together with the water sample, they form a galvanic cell. The oxidation-reduction potential is measured by an electronic millivoltmeter or a general-purpose pH meter, indicating the potential of the platinum electrode relative to the reference electrode. This value is then converted to an ORP value relative to the Standard Hydrogen Electrode (SHE) for final reporting.

    The IDR Integrated Digital ORP Sensor uses a platinum electrode as the indicating electrode and a saturated calomel electrode as the reference.
