TLD Electromagnetic Flow Meter

The working principle of electromagnetic flow meter is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. Namely, when a conductive liquid cuts magnetic field lines in a magnetic field, it generates induced electromotive force in the direction perpendicular to the velocity vector and magnetic field vector. The induced electromotive force is proportional to the flow rate, and after processing and calculation, instantaneous flow rate and cumulative flow rate are measured.

  • 电磁流量计工作原理是基于法拉第电磁感应定律。即:导电液体在磁场中作切割磁力线运动时,在垂直于流速向量和磁场向量的方向上就会产生感应电动势,感应电动势与流量成正比,经过处理运算后,进行瞬时流量和累积流量的计量。

     

    应用领域:

    • 水及污水处理:进水管路、出水管路、污泥管路等 

    • 4-electrode measurement system: Measuring electrode, reference electrode, and empty pipe detection electrode.
    • No moving parts or pressure loss in the measuring tube.
    • Measurement results are independent of physical parameters such as liquid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure, and conductivity (not less than 5 μS/cm).
    • Bidirectional measurement system with three built-in calculators: forward total, reverse total, and difference total.
    • Available with different linings and electrode materials for excellent wear resistance or corrosion resistance.
    • Unique anti-interference filter circuit and processor ensure stable output.
    • Fast response speed with multi-range settings.
    • Highly integrated converter with multiple functions, including fault alarms, self-diagnostics, and low-signal cut-off.
    • Adjustable pulse output width.
    • Equipped with a grounding electrode.
    • Rich and vivid LCD display shows extensive information, including instantaneous flow and cumulative flow. The measurement system is designed with vibration and electromagnetic interference resistance.
    • Optional communication protocols: HART, RS485 (MODBUS), Profibus DP, and more.
